At the September meeting of the Widnes and Knowsley Lodge
No 3581, George Barnes was installed as Master of the Lodge by the retiring Master Bob Winch.
On this occasion,
the Lodge was honoured to have David Hawkes attending as the personal representative of the Provincial Grand Master. Bob
presented a cheque for £300 on behalf of the Lodge, to David, towards the 2010 Festival, which is raising funds for
